We know that times are challenging right now and the children (& you) are frustrated that they can’t participate in their activities or sports!

We’ve got the perfect solution!

Our virtual training program offers 35-45 minute classes that can be done in the comfort of your own home. You’ll only need a 4ft x 6ft space (carpet or hard floor), everyday household items (no expensive equipment or mats), and a computer or mobile device.

Our safety-certified instructors will warm up the class, focus on strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination as well as provide drills so your child can safely practice at home.

Tumbling Classes

Our tumbling program is the perfect place to start if you’re looking for something fun and challenging for your child. Our athletes work at their own pace and individual skill level during our beginner classes. Our safety-certified instructors teach by using safe, at-home friendly drills. The goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals and work with coaches virtually and independently to achieve those goals.

Intro To Cheer

Our Virtual Cheerleading classes focus on jumps, stunting skills, and drills, flexibility, and dance. Choose from beginner or intermediate dance class, jump technique, and conditioning class and flyer training class.

Panther Ninjas

Panther Ninjas is the all-new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement. Children learn a combination of agility training and build your child’s strength! A progressive level system evaluates and advances children on their skill and knowledge of core values.

Strength & Conditioning

These classes are perfect for young and old!  Choose from Stretch and Flex, 30 Minute Sweat & Stronger Overall to get your heart pumping and body moving.  We know that keeping active is so important to our mental health as well as our physical health.  So let’s get moving together!

Preschool Tumbling

During these classes for our preschool athletes, we will teach the fundamentals of tumbling, core strength, balance, and flexibility. Perfect for 3-6 year olds, each skill can be done safely in your living room on any type of softer surface (like carpet) with no tumbling aids.

Virtual Private Lessons

Keep working on your skills from the comfort of your home. We will be able to facilitate virtual private lessons to work on drills that will progress your child onto their next skill.
